Fall in love with Flickr again with this software.
On my last trip, I had >700 pics to select, rotate, organize, etc. I tried to do it on the road with an iPad, with lots of frustration. But even at a desktop computer, Organizr falls short of a true asynchronous desktop app like flickery.
You quickly zap through the pics, drag, reorder, rename, etc., without having to wait, which is AWESOME. The only thing I could not do straight from the app was changing a picture’s “taken” date (my iPhone and camera pics had a snafu), but at least it allows you to quickly open the picture on Flickr to change that.
I’d add some more filtering options (e.g., the ability to filter for “pictures without a title” would have helped me, although it wasn’t hard to select them with the easy-to-use UI.
The price is less than I used to pay for an yearly Flickr subscription, and is totally worth it.
